Terms & Conditions
  1. Offer is valid for qualifying purchases from March 1 - September 1, 2009.
  2. Purchase must be in the form of a valid Purchase Order, with an issue date falling within the offer period.
  3. Customers must purchase a minimum of ten Rogue™ DVR systems, with at least one camera per system, on a single Purchase Order to qualify for the Dell product.
  4. Customer must be willing to take delivery of the purchased Rogue DVR systems no later than September 30, 2009. Advanced Purchase Orders for delivery after this date will not qualify for this offer.
  5. This promotion may not be utilized with any other promotion that Seon™ may conduct during the same period.
  6. Only 1 free notebook for the stipulated minimum number digital systems purchased, may be claimed per customer during this offer.
  7. Offer is valid to Rogue end user customers only, located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada. Offer is not valid for resellers, distributors, or agents of Seon products.
  8. Customers who purchase their product through a reseller are also eligible for the offer.
  9. Cost of shipping is included, except for customers in Alaska and Hawaii, who are responsible for any additional shipping charges required for delivery outside of the lower 48 states.
  10. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted.
  11. Seon reserves the right to substitute similar products at its sole discretion at any time without notice.
  12. All warranty, service and technical support for the Dell&trade equipment and included software is subject to Dell's standard terms, and is provided directly by Dell. Customers will need to register their system with Dell to qualify for warranty, service and technical support.
  13. Customers must allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery from the time their Rogue order is shipped. Actual delivery time will vary depending upon Dell order processing time.
  14. Determination of eligibility for this offer will be made by Seon at its sole discretion.
  15. Offer void where prohibited by law, rules or regulations.

The Customer acknowledges that if the purchase is not paid in full, if the order is cancelled, or if the products are returned to Seon for credit, then the customer will be responsible for paying the purchase cost of the Dell products.
