I am writing in regard to the products and service I received on behalf of Weirton Transit Corporation, in Weirton West Virginia.
The product, service, and integrity of the sale were 5 STAR in every aspect. I appreciate the customer service and product in these days of "hurry and buy", and then you never really know if things are going to be followed up on. I would recommend SEON to any company who wants top-notch products with service, reliability, and integrity of the products – and GREAT People.
I just recently was named Manager of Transit and after an audit, it was suggested that 1% of our budget should go to security. We had minor complaints in our small town, as people sometimes want to stir up trouble and make up stories (imagine that). After a meeting with our Board of Trustees, it was agreed upon to search out a reputable camera security company.
[The previous Manager of Transit], who now works as a transportation director for our local school system, immediately said “Seon.”
They have a great product. I contacted the company immediately and started shopping around. Seon (Albert Miller, sales) responded immediately and explained all the products and price lines with all options we needed. I took Seon’s quote along with others (which couldn't touch Mr. Miller’s prices from Seon) and the rest fell together beautifully.
The product arrived promptly and the invoice was just as he explained. Mr. Miller came to our small town in West Virginia in the extreme cold (I mean cold) and I accompanied him to our garage while he worked diligently with our electricians on the installation of the camera on our buses.
About three to four weeks following the installation, he returned to check and make sure everything was working properly. I can't believe he traveled so far out of his way for our small system (the smallest in the US) but treated us like we were a TOP PRIORITY CLIENT. Chris Akiyama called and emailed me while Mr. Miller was out to make sure everything was still okay 60 days after the installation.
Our complaints have reduced 99 percent. If I don't make it as a great manager here (but I intend to), I did do one thing right and that was to install cameras from SEON on the buses.

"Along with the students protection, it also helps tremendously with my drivers. I can watch the video tapes and see if the driver handled the situation correctly. I can also watch and listen to the tapes and see if the driver is doing something that I need to know.
When a parent complains that things aren't getting done, all we do is 'pull the tape'. When a driver complains about a student, we 'pull the tape'. When I get outside complaints about a driver, whether it be something a student has reported to a parent, or an outside citizen, we 'pull the tape'.
We are now having cameras installed in every new bus that we order. We hope to obtain a safer ride for all students and drivers. Overall, I feel that the video cameras have proven to be money well spent in our district."

 "I first dealt with Seon Design 3 years ago when we were looking for video surveillance systems for our school buses. We had the usual disciplinary problems on our buses such as kids brawling, bullying and getting out of their seats with they know they shouldn't be. As soon as we had the systems installed, we saw tremendous improvements.
It has been so easy working with Seon Design. Their sales and customer service staff are top-notch. I've not worked with a more professional and fun group of people who truly enjoy what they are doing. We started with Seon's analog systems 3 years ago, but have since then installed their digital systems on new buses. Best of all, the Seon systems are very easy to install and operate, and their had drive reader software is straightforward and simple to use.
Whenever we wanted to review a recording, the images and the signals captured by the system -brake, turns, stop arm - help us understand what actually happened.  I am the transit operations supervisor for Bullhead City, and am very happy with our camera systems that were installed in our buses. We have a total of 10 buses in our fleet, all of which a three camera system was installed. I believe just the presence of the cameras on board has deterred any wrong doing by both passengers and drivers by 90%. We would average about 10 complaints a month, now we are down to 0 to 2 complaints a month. Some of the drivers were a little apprehensive about having cameras on board, but now they have seen how useful they are in proving complaints by or against them and are happy to have them.
On another note I must mention that dealing with Seon has been nothing short of pleasure from the sales, to the installation, to the back up support. These are great people to work with and you can really tell they believe in what they sell. Seon will always be a part of are fleet. Thank you for the great product and service."
